TAHC Ltd. was established by Tom Sheridan in late 2023 to primarily deliver Social & Affordable Housing within a development platform that will initially focus on the delivery of Senior/Retirement Housing and Mixed Tenure Intergenerational developments countrywide.

Tom Sheridan – Managing Director / Founder

Tom Sheridan is one of Ireland’s foremost development professionals with over 25 years of experience delivering some of the largest developments in Ireland, the UK and Australia.

In the recent past, Tom worked with a large Irish Developer as their Head of Development, developing one of the largest housing programs in the country, as well as the first Senior Living / Retirement portfolio in Ireland.

Prior to returning to Ireland in 2019, Tom spent over 10 years working in Australia delivering predominantly residential developments and specialised Senior / Retirement Communities, Mixed Tenure & Care developments.

This experience gives Tom a unique perspective on the current issues and opportunities within the Irish housing market as well as the knowledge base to adapt best international housing practices.
